Glenda and Christine have worked as a management team together for Premier Crèche Services since 1991 before becoming Regional Managers and later Directors in 2005.

The Regional Managers support the company to ensure the smooth operation and ongoing training of the existing crèches and also assist in opening new Crèches and Play Areas, working together to up date all crèche managers with current legislation and information relating to childcare and management. The regional managers have a hands on approach to create a support network that is easily accessible for the staff. The crèche managers are provided with a pool of information and have the facility to draw from each other’s knowledge and experiences.

Tracy Barclay holds a HNC & PDA in Childcare & Education

Tracy supports the management team as an Area manager for Scotland. Tracy has worked for PCS since 2004 as the Crèche Manager at Ikea Edinburgh.

Premier Crèche Services Ltd are approved by Ofsted and adhere to all National Legislation governing the care of children, number of staff, number of children per square meter, fire regulations, insurance and health and safety standards. All premises become registered under the 1989 Children Act.
