CRÈCHE SERVICES
Premier Crèche Services have been operating shopper`s crèches
since 1985 and during that time have looked after and cared for
in excess of 5 million children while their parents were
shopping.
Staffed by professionally qualified personnel, a shopper`s
crèche can enhance the experience of shopping allowing parents
complete freedom to shop at leisure knowing that their children
are not only being safely looked after but are enjoying
themselves in a bright and stimulating child orientated
environment.
Premier Crèche Services are approved by Ofsted and adhere to the
National Legislation governing the care of children, number of
staff, number of children per square meter, fire regulations,
insurance and health and safety standards. All premises become
registered under the 1989 Children Act.

In today’s society it is a parent’s expectation that a crèche
facility will be made available for shoppers along with other
child related services such as buggy hire, children’s car
parking and baby change facilities
In any Shopping Complex the inclusion of a crèche not only

average spend of shoppers.
As developers & retailers realise the benefits that a well
managed crèche can bring, it has become an increasingly
important market factor in the success of the enlightened
Shopping Centre.
All Crèches are run in accordance with Ofsted in England, CSIW
in Wales & The Scottish Commission guidelines in Scotland, with
quality of care being of prime consideration. We employ
qualified and experienced staff who undergo further training
with us before commencing employment. We have our own in house
training programme along with our own specifically designed
staff training manual, policies, procedures and managers
handbook to ensure every consideration is met to a high
standard.
HOW THE CRÈCHES OPERATE
The crèches are specially designed and themed with soft
adventure play structures and ball pools as well as the usual
high quality educational toys to be found in nurseries.
Once PCS are invited to become the operator of a crèche we
become involved from the onset with advice on planning,
architecture, Health & Safety, equipment and marketing to ensure
that the final product is a safe and inviting place for children
to play.
We use a simple but effective security method to ensure that
children are only handed back to the correct parents involving
both a receipt and signature match, each child wears a
security/identity belt. Entrance gates have electronic locks
which are only operated by staff.
The children in our care find a great diversity of play
equipment including playdough, computer games, stories, music,
puppet shows, sand play, home corner, dressing up, play
structures and ball pools to ensure an exciting & stimulating
experience which they will soon want to repeat. |
